Don't speak English well...think this number is a front for Vodafone's Asian call centre. Kept trying to convince me I don't need international minutes as I should use Whats App, Skype etc. Would NOT accept inappropriate for my 85 year old relatives. Pathetic and ridiculous constant harassment.
