We continue to receive harrassing phone calls. When we answer there is heavy breathing. When I hang up, they call back and continue to breathe heavily down the phone line.

This is completely unacceptable, the police have been notified. We will certainly be taking this matter further is the harrassing and intimidating phone calls continue.
