Called 3 times and missed their calls, picked up on the fourth and they instantly hung up!

Constantly ringing 4 or 5 times a day and just hanging up. Gets fairly annoying when I ring back to find out who it is all it is is a recording saying you've been contacted by a hosted networking centre. No names no nothing. Very annoying.
