Received an email stating us signed up to Hotxl which I have not and that I was going to be charged $8.99 per week.
I sent back stop to the number which sent it but it would not be delivered. I then sent stop to another 1300 number that they sent with the message but that gets telling me my stop message is not delivered aswell. How do I get this to stop me from being charged and signed up to something I did not sign up to?
