I received a bill from Telstra for calls supposed to have made to that number and I have never made them and Telstra has
sent me a bill for $A98.95. Let's hope they will stop this sham and being participant in this

Recived a bill for $98 for a call made to this number last Wednesday 1st Jan 2017. Was home all day and never made any calls.

CALLED NUMBER TO VERIFY WHAT THIS WAS FOR ON CUSTOMER BEHALF AND ADVISED ON THE CALL THAT I CAN BE CHARGED UP TO 99.00 PER CALL. I AM JUST WORRIED NOW BY WHAT I HAVE READ ONLINE THAT WE WILL BE CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT IF WE DO RECIEVE A BILL FOR THIS QUERY WE WILL NOT BE HAPPY AS WE WERE ONLY TRYING TO HELP A CUSTOMER WORK OUT WHAT SHE HAD BEEN CHARGED FOR

was charged $98.00 for a call not made from phone, will be calling Ombudsman

Same thing happen here.......I was at work when they bill me for a call to this number

I also receive a ill from telce for 98.00 lwentto Telarc and got a very rude lady and pay it

I was charged $115 for this number.. I never ever called that number. I called Vodaphone & explained. They were terrific & took charge off & barred all 1900 numbers on my phone.

I was billed for 6 occasions 23 October 2016
11am 4.20pm 4.47pm 5.14pm
31 October 2 further bills Total $413.94
On these occasions no person in the household
dialed this Phone number 190223223. Thank to the Wonderful Telstra Staff this amount $413.094 has been credited to my account.
Telstra definitely has a problem with this scam.

I was also conned to ring this number to enter a quiz to win a gift voucher for a very well known Hardware Store realizing after 7 minutes that this was a con I racked up a bill for $27. I wont be conned again.

My Telephone company' iinet' have charged me for making a call to the above Phone number at 1.30am on 18th September and charged me $98.81.
I don't believe I made that call. I deny making this call. My phone company want
to know who I rang to consider not charging me.

I was conned into entering a compition to win a gift card. You are held on the line to answer a quiz and it goes on & on for as long as you are stupid foolish old and gullible enough to stay on the line. Then at the end of the month you get a huge phone bill. I want my email address unsubscribe from these con artists . The above phone number should morally deregistered and the person or persons responseable should be charged for doing this to the unsuspecting public. Telstra should also ashamed to be involved whith this scam and the many other scmms these 1900 numbers are perpetrating. Somebody PLEASE do SOMTHING.!!!

I was also incorrectly charged $97.30, $107.03 all up.this is a scam but has been in operation for months.why is this number 1902 223 223 still a listing.why is it still able to operate dishonestly.?

I have just received my phone bill & have been charged $98.61 & a surcharge of $8.67 for. 25 minute & 17 second call for a Woolworths competition to win a $500 shopping voucher.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against this company please. It is discustint & nothing short of a scam.

like others phone charges for one call of 1902223223 for 25minutes on the 7th August charges at $98.549 was not made by me but Telstra charged to my account. I will have to take this up with Telstra.

Just received my phone bill with a charge to this number for $30.00. For the 14/ 8/16... Considering I was working this day it is impossible for me to have made the call.
What makes it interesting is I already have barred all 1900 calls on my phone.a few months ago for a similar thing with a different number.

A charge of $89 plus $5.20 was made on my last Optus bill for a 1902223223 'information' call that was definitely never made. The number is obviously a serious scam that is netting the scammer big dollars. Few ordinary people can afford monthly additions to their already huge bills. Optus spent about an hour over a number of complaint calls dealing with the issue, and have finally after some haggling agreed to a one-off refund, but have insisted that I bar all international and information calls from my iPhone. I reluctantly agreed, but this seems like a major dilution of my phone contract to me, and I will be seeking legal advice about it. In the meantime, It appears from other complainants above that Telstra is refunding without question. This is apparently because Optus is advised of the calls indirectly by Telstra, which is the primary carrier. I am thinking of going over to Telstra from Optus because of this, despite all the hassle.

An amount of $98.549 cents billed by Telstra saying the call was made on the 22/7/2016 I didn't make the call and my husband has Alzheimer's Disease and can no longer input numbers into the phone I'm very annoyed. I tried to find out what the number 1902223223 was all about and Google led me to this site. I am now going to complain to Telstra.

I absolutely declare that I did not make this call. Neither did any of my occasional callers to my house.This must be some kind of highjacking hoax.

29/7 charged $98 for call. Have found out it is a competition which has been going for months

we are being charged from telstra, $89.59 for a call made to 1902 223 223 that lasted just over 25 minutes. Alleged date was 17/07/2016 The phone statement says its for a quizline, but on ReverseAustralia.com -this number comes up as psychic communications? We do not have phone services with Telstra, nor did we make this call. We are going to not pay it, and see what happens

Another bogus charge for this number on my Telstra account for $98.55 for a 25 minute call on 30 July 2016. Telstra claim they will refund this charge.

was charged $98.62 for the call that I did not make at all or have no idea. called my tel provider and all they say is that someone made that call and they cant do anything about it.

Was billed $98 on 14/07/16. Have absolutely no knowledge of the number or of the call. Seems coincidental that above complaints are same dates and same amounts.

I was also charged $99 for a 25 min call to this bogus number. Telstra has provided me with a refund, but is unable to prevent it from happening again.

A charge of $25 for 3 calls within 10 minutes on 14 July were made to my account. I haven't call this number and I don't know who the number belongs to.

A charge of $98.00 for a call to 1902223223 on the 23/2/2016was made to my account. I absolutely did not make this call. I do not call these numbers and have no idea who the number belongs to
