Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

Just received a call from 'VIP rewards group' saying I had 48hour to 'claim my prize', it came from number 1902 256 895, cost of 5 dollars per minute, I checked their website and they're very dodgy indeed!

On behalf of another person: the client purchased a product at a local supermarket, and gained entry to a competition with her docket showing the product purchase. She received a phone call (voice message) stating that she had won a prize in the competition, and was given the above number to call to claim. On calling the number she heard a message to the effect that call connection could cost around $5. She waited on the line for 4 minutes, and then was 'transferred' to another number. This transfer resulted in a second call to the same 1902 number (as shown on the person's phone bill), this time lasting more than 20 minutes at a cost of greater than $50, with no resolution of the notified prize offer. The total call costs were in excess of $54, which is far more than the caller expected to pay, and she did not receive a prize as she had been led to expect.
I would be very happy to receive email correspondence to help in addressing this issue.
