They need to be caught and stopped! Total fraud. Read further on in the text and it says $3.95 per minute charges! who is profiting from these calls? Is it the Telco, internet provider or just plain criminals. Need to have them stopped NOW!
How can these people be reported to so they can be charged with fraud!

A scam. A horrible trick with a high price. A game of extortion that the messagee does not warned of You can be fooled thinking you have won a game especially if you have bought raffle or online lottery tix and perhaps unclaimed a prize. My 22minute call cost me $102 Au. Not happy JANNNNN!!!!!? Why has no one arrested these Rats. LIVID!!!!!!

On the 8 Nov 2016 I entered an internet site an for Testers Club and unwitingly became involved in a game related to obtaining a gift for testing which connected me to the 1902 prefix and later to a bill related to the time played at a high price per minute. The monies is to be paid to line rental provider via a different internet provider. A trap for person not reading the full screen after scrolling the full page.
